A can engineer who roasts coffee.

By day I run a company that makes the measuring equipment the can industry uses to check that cans are sealed properly. Double Seam takes that discipline to coffee: weigh everything, write it down, and seal it properly.

We’re a one-person roastery in Worcestershire, and we roast in small batches. Every can carries its own inspection record: when it was roasted, how long it rested, when it was sealed, and how close the roast came to target.
